Site plan cleanup

The scan as it arrived: the same site plan buried under scanning damage, with heavy black streaks swallowing the utility statement, dark blocks down the right edge and across the bottom, and speckle over the drawing.
Before the scan I was handed
The same sheet cleaned: the site layout with unit buildings labelled A through I, hand-lettered callouts for existing landscaping, berms and lighting, a legible tabular data block showing acreage, unit count, density and parking, and the legal description.
After the sheet as it went back out

Scanning damage had eaten the utility statement and most of the right-hand edge. Click either sheet to see it full size. Signatures and personal contact details are redacted.
