The plain version

My work runs on your numbers: bids, budgets, agreements, and how your operation actually functions. You can't hand that over without knowing how it's treated, so here it is in writing.

What I collect

• Whatever you send me for an engagement: documents, bids, contracts, drawings, financial figures, correspondence.
• Contact details (name, email, phone) when you reach out.
• This website itself sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no forms. If you email or call, that's the only information that changes hands.

How it's used

• For one purpose: producing your work product. Nothing you share is used to market to you or anyone else.
• I never sell, share, or show your information to anyone. Client work is never published, referenced, or described publicly without your explicit written permission first.
• Your clients' names never appear in anything I publish.

Tools

I use professional software, including AI tools, to produce work quickly. Everything that leaves my desk is reviewed by me before it reaches you. Client material is handled under the same confidentiality commitment regardless of the tool that touches it.

Retention & deletion

• Engagement files are kept so that follow-up work doesn't start from zero, and for ordinary business records purposes.
• Ask me to delete your material at any time and I will, subject only to records I'm legally required to keep (invoices, tax records).
